Terms of use

Last updated: 4 September 2026

These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Tech Services NSW Pty Ltd (ABN 52 682 680 619, “Tech Services NSW”, “we”, “us”). By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

These terms relate to your use of this website only. Any engagement of our services is governed by a separate written agreement entered into directly with Tech Services NSW.

1. Who we are

Tech Services NSW provides independent business development, project administration and coordination, and technical advisory support to licensed commercial solar and battery installation companies. We also help connect commercial clients with a vetted network of installation partners.

Tech Services NSW does not design, install, or provide compliance sign-off for any electrical, solar, or battery system. All design certification, installation work, and compliance documentation remain the responsibility of the relevant licensed installation partner.

2. Information on this website

Content on this website, including service descriptions, credentials, and general commentary, is provided for general information only. It does not constitute a quote, binding offer, professional advice, or guarantee of engagement. Any specific proposal, scope, or pricing will only be provided directly and in writing.

3. Enquiries and bookings

Submitting a contact form, intake form, or booking does not create a binding agreement. It is an expression of interest only. Any resulting engagement is subject to separate confirmation and, where applicable, a written services agreement.

Where a booking requires roof access, including an elevated work platform where required, you are responsible for arranging suitable access for the visit.
